This was by far one of the easiest projects I’ve done recently. I’ve been wanting to do them for a while, but was slightly reluctant. Now, I think I’m going to stencil every pillow in my house. Yes, it really was that easy. And if you still done believe me, I’m available for hire!
If you’re a design addict like me, you have kept every pillow you’ve had in your house, just in case you might want to reuse it for a new one. I have a closet full. I’m not kidding. I was crushing on some cute farmhouse pillows I saw on Pinterest the other day.
What’s funny is I’ll look at these pictures for a while, wishing I had them, then one day it will just click and I’ll think, hey I can do that!! So that day came, and I ran to my storage closet to see what I could find. I had plenty of pillow inserts. Now to find some fabric. I searched high and low and couldn’t find any burlap in my home, unless I was ready to tear down my burlap curtains and use those. I wasn’t. So I resorted to my trusty drop cloth. This stuff is the best. So very versatile.
