This is the easiest pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. They are soft, fluffy and full of chocolate chips! What more could you ask for!
Preheat oven to 325°
Put the eggs, cake mix, and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Mix is 3/4-1 bag of chocolate chips. I love using Ghirradelli chocolate chips, because they are bigger and so good! We like a lot of chocolate chips in our cookies, so if you like less, put less in.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm but still soft.
Let cool for 10 minutes if you can wait that long! Sometimes I end up eating them right out of the oven! One recipe makes approximately 24 cookies.
