Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 bag chocolate chips
  • 1 can pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°

  2. Put the eggs, cake mix, and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.

  3. Mix is 3/4-1 bag of chocolate chips. I love using Ghirradelli chocolate chips, because they are bigger and so good! We like a lot of chocolate chips in our cookies, so if you like less, put less in.

  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm but still soft.

Let cool for 10 minutes if you can wait that long! Sometimes I end up eating them right out of the oven! One recipe makes approximately 24 cookies.
