This ooey gooey chewy caramel puffed corn recipe is so good and so easy, you will eat the whole bowl!
Put butter, brown sugar, and karo syrup in a pan and heat over medium until all combined stirring continuously.
Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a full boil and stir for 5 minutes.
Add baking soda and turn off the heat. Stir it all together. The caramel will foam...keep stirring.
Pour over your puffed corn mix together. Let cool for about 30 minutes before eating, the caramel gets hot!
