Easy Crustless Quiche

This is the easiest and most tasty crustless quiche and it is so easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon baked/fried and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup fresh grated onion
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Heave oven to 400°
  • Spray a 10 inch pie tin with nonstick spray
  • sprinkle bacon, onion, and cheese into the bottom of the pan
  • Put eggs, Bisquick, milk and salt and pepper in a blender for 15 seconds.
  • Pour into pie tin over the other ingredients.
  • Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean. Approximately 35-45 minutes.
