12-19 ozbagCheese Tortellini
1English Cucumber
214oz cansQuartered Artichoke Hearts
1pkgGrape Tomatoessliced in half
1mediumred onionthinly sliced
1/2cupCrumbled Feta Cheese
2tbspFresh Basilchopped
Greek Dressing
1/2cupolive oil
1/3cupred wine vinegar
1tbspfresh minced garlic
1tspdried oregano
1tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1-2tbspsugar
1tbspdijon mustard
1/2tspsalt
black pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients for the pasta salad but cooking the pasta and then chilling it in the fridge.
Chop your cucumber, onion, basil, and tomatoes
Add them to your pasta in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together with a wire wisk and pour it over the pasta. Mix the pasta salad and then top with the feta cheese. Give it a quick toss and you are ready to eat it!
