In a stand mixer or large bowl, add the brown butter and sugars.
Mix on medium speed until it is all well combined and begins to look whipped.
Add your eggs and vanilla and continue to mix until combined on low speed.
Now add your salt, baking soda and flour. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour. You can keep it overnight as well.
When you are ready to bake them preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or with a silicone mat.
Form 1 1/2 inch balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet and space them apart.Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes. You want them to still be soft in the middle and slightly browned on the edges. Let them cool before eating. The chocolate chunks can burn you if you eat them piping hot!Store them in an airtight container.
