Brown Sugar Coffee Creamer

Make this easy homemade brown sugar coffee creamer to use in your coffee or other beverage options. We like it in Matcha or Crio Bru! Its a great easy creamer to make that tastes amazing!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream or half and half I prefer heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, add your cream or half and half, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  • Heat on medium until it begins to get hot and the brown sugar melts into the cream. Use a whisk to mix it all together and allow it to emulsify.
  • Once it comes just to a simmer, after about 5 minutes of cooking, turn it off and let it cool. I like to store this coffee creamer in a glass mason jar.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of creamer to your favorite drink.
  • Store creamer in the fridge in an airtight container. I like to use a glass jar.
  • Good for 2 weeks.
