Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk, Almond Milk, or Coconut Milk Whatever milk you prefer to use will work just fine in this recipe.
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Paste
  • 1 tsp organic honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or one vanilla pod
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pour milk in saucepan and add your turmeric paste.
  • Stir with a whisk. Add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon and continue stirring.
  • Heat to just before boiling and then turn off. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy
  • You can change this mixture up by adding 1 tbsp of pumpkin puree to give you that yummy fall flavor. My sister makes it this way and its really good!
