This chicken taco recipe is a wonderful combination with the smokey chicken and zesty slaw. Make it in the Instapot to have this dinner ready in minutes!
Put the chicken, oregano, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chicken stock, tomato paste, honey, orange, and lime in the Instapot.
Give it a quick mix together
Cook in your Instapot for 20 minutes manually on high
Once it is done, use the quick release to release the steam safely
Remove the onion, garlic, orange, and lime. Shred the chicken and leave it in the sauce
