1white cake mix OR SPICED CAKE MIXIf you use a spiced cake mix, this recipe only needs the cake mix, eggs, and pumpkin puree.

3tspground cinnamon
1/2tspground cloves
1/2tspground ginger
1/2tspnutmeg
1bagchocolate chips
1canpumpkin puree
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°
Put the eggs, cake mix, and pumpkin puree in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. (If you use a white cake mix, add the spices at this time, if you choose to use a spiced cake mix, you do not need to add the extra spices)
Mix is 3/4-1 bag of chocolate chips. I love using Ghirradelli chocolate chips, because they are bigger and so good! We like a lot of chocolate chips in our cookies, so if you like less, put less in.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until firm but still soft.Let cool for 10 minutes if you can wait that long! Sometimes I end up eating them right out of the oven! One recipe makes approximately 24 cookies.
