Easy Crustless Quiche
This is the easiest and most tasty crustless quiche and it is so easy to make!

Ingredients

bacon
baked/fried and chopped into small pieces

shredded swiss cheese
1/3

fresh grated onion

milk

Bisquick
4
eggs

salt

pepper
Instructions
Heave oven to 400°
Spray a 10 inch pie tin with nonstick spray
sprinkle bacon, onion, and cheese into the bottom of the pan
Put eggs, Bisquick, milk and salt and pepper in a blender for 15 seconds.
Pour into pie tin over the other ingredients.
Bake until a knife inserted comes out clean. Approximately 35-45 minutes.
