Ingredients
2largeLarge boneless/skinless chicken breastI like to butterfly mine
Kinder Buttery Chicken Seasoningoptional
2cupsFinely chopped cabbageyou can also use diced celery(I prefer cabbage)
1-2Finely diced shallots or 1/4 red onion
2tbspChopped fresh dill
2tbspChopped fresh parsleyoptional
2tbspDijon mustard
1/3cupAvocado Mayo
1.2cupPlain Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Some of these tips are optional but are what I use to make this an easy meal with little prep.
I first butterfly my chicken, add my favorite seasoning, the Kinder Buttery Steakhouse.
I use my air fryer to cook my chicken. It takes about 15 minutes to cook the chicken.
While the chicken is cooking, prep your other ingredients in a large bowl and set them aside.
Once the chicken is done, let it cool. Once it is cool, chop the chicken up and add it to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients and eat! This is great with crackers, as a lettuce wrap, or as a wrap with a tortilla. This is a great source of protein and tastes so good! The dill makes all the difference!
