Healthy Chicken Salad with Fresh Dill

Make this easy, flavorful and healthy chicken salad. It tastes amazing, is full of protein, and has tons of healthy ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Large boneless/skinless chicken breast I like to butterfly mine
  • Kinder Buttery Chicken Seasoning optional
  • 2 cups Finely chopped cabbage you can also use diced celery(I prefer cabbage)
  • 1-2 Finely diced shallots or 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley optional
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Avocado Mayo
  • 1.2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Some of these tips are optional but are what I use to make this an easy meal with little prep.
  • I first butterfly my chicken, add my favorite seasoning, the Kinder Buttery Steakhouse.
  • I use my air fryer to cook my chicken. It takes about 15 minutes to cook the chicken.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prep your other ingredients in a large bowl and set them aside.
  • Once the chicken is done, let it cool. Once it is cool, chop the chicken up and add it to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients and eat! This is great with crackers, as a lettuce wrap, or as a wrap with a tortilla. This is a great source of protein and tastes so good! The dill makes all the difference!
