Ingredients
1/2cupoats
1/2diced granny smith apple
1/2 tbspbutter or coconut oil
1/4 tspcinnamon
3tbsppure maple syrup
2tbsppb powderreconstitute with water per the directions on the bottle
1/2cupoatmilk or milk of your choice
Instructions
Sautee apple slices in butter with the cinnamon and maple syrup. Cover and let simmer on low.
While the apple cook, make your oatmeal.
While they both cook, mix up your peanut butter powder or use regular peanut butter.I like the PB powder because its less fat but the same amount of protein.
Put the oatmeal in a bowl. Top with apples and the remaining syrup. Then top it with some peanut butter. You can eat it hot, or add milk or milk alternative such as oatmilk.
