Easy Dried Lemon Slice Spring Wreath

Today I am joining up with some of my favorite bloggers and we decided we wanted to all make some gorgeous spring wreaths and give you a quick HOW TO.  I want to share the easiest dried lemon slice spring wreath for front door decor or for any part of your home.

Hello friends!  I have a been a bit absent from the blog lately. I feel like I have fallen down a black hole and I am crawling my way out of it! We are so busy here with teenagers in different sports and activities and last week we got back from a fun trip to Florida with the kids, so getting back into normal life is a bit difficult!  But being in the warm and sunny state of Florida made me very excited for spring.  Our spring here in the mountains of Utah takes a bit longer and it fights with winter for a couple more months, so I am trying to enjoy any break of good weather.

I made mine small, so that it could be an accent piece in my kitchen but you could easily use a larger wreath form and make this bigger.  This all starts out by prepping your lemon slices.

I have a blog post here that shows how to dehydrate your lemon and orange slices easily!

Once you check that out come back and see how easy it was to make this lemon slice wreath!I actually had another kind of lemon slice wreath last year! Check it out here~ It was more for summer anyways! Once you have your lemon slices dehydrated, it is time to assemble the wreath.  Lets talk about what I used to make this spring wreath for front door decor:

  • Small or large grapevine wreath form
  • Hot Glue Gun and glue sticks
  • Lemon Slices

It really only needs those three items to make this wreath.  I like my wreaths simple and classic. I like them to work for multiple seasons and I love ones using raw wood wreath forms like the grapevine wreaths. The hardest part of this wreath is deciding how many lemon slices you want to use on it.  You could do the entire wreath, which would be absolutely stunning! Or you could keep it simple like me!

All I did was hot glue the slices and arrange them one by one as I went.  I chose to only put them on the bottom of the wreath to give it some weight. You could add some greenery too if you wanted. It really is that easy to make a cute spring wreath for door decor or any part of your home!

I love my cute little wreath.  The bottom line when creating wreaths is to create something you love.  Take inspiration from what someone else has made and then make it your own.
