The Easiest Way To Display Children’s Art

Hey all!  I am here today to show you the easiest way to display children’s art.  This is actually something I use for my own art as well, but it was mainly assembled to create a space that we can display my children’s art in one space.

This is so easy to set up, and you can practically do it anywhere you might have some unused wall space, maybe in a hall or an office.   I chose to create mine in my art studio, which soon, I promise I will be doing a full room tour of how I transformed my office into an art studio.

Here are the things you will need to make this:
Jute Twine
Wood Clothespins

2 Nails or pushpins

Now, all you need to do is secure one end of the twine to the wall and then pull it to the length that you want it to be and then cut and secure the other end.

Guys, that is literally all there is to it.  Then you can begin hanging pieces of artwork all along the line.  Its like having a clothesline in your home, but instead of hanging clothes you are hanging art.  You can create a really great conversation piece with this.  The best thing about this:

kids love itIt really is the easiest way to display children’s art.  My kids love to create artwork.  I mean, every single day!  I think it is great.  I love having creative children and encourage it.  It is so nice to be able to feature some of their artwork.  They also love to hang their art up.  Even my 3 year old knows where the extra clothespins are and how to use them.  They beam with pride when they see their pieces hanging on the wall.

Even I get in on the action and display a few of my old sketches.  We rotate through their pictures almost everyday.  I find its the little things that make my kids happy.  Just being able to express themselves and put it on display has really improved their confidence.  Their eyes light up with glee!
