Hearty & Flavorful Pasta Faggioli Recipe

Today I'm sharing one of my most favorite hearty soup recipes! My hearty pasta Faggioli recipe. With all the beans, carrots, meat, and pasta, there are so many amazing textures to enjoy.

What you need

– Ground Beef – Pasta – Onion – Garlic – Celery – Carrots – Crushed Tomatoes – Kidney Beans – White Beans – Chicken Stock – White Vinegar – Seasonings

 Brown the beef & drain the fat. Add onion, celery, garlic, and carrots. Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except pasta and vinegar.

Combine Ingredients

Cook for 30 minutes. Add dry or al dente pasta. Add the white vinegar and cook for another minute then turn off.

Add the Pasta

Top with fresh or grated parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with French bread!

Serve and Enjoy

This soup is so flavorful and it is a great healthy option as well. I always feel satisfied when I eat this, and never feel like I've been on a diet.
